Eating Every Three Hours
Current Weight: 76kg – No Change
Okay so I started my bulk today. Since my cut my body has got used to eating around four times a day. I’m now upping my meals to around six meals a day plus two protein shakes. I really need to dig deep if I want to put that stone back on and an extra as I’m quite a hard gainer.
The Critical Mass tastes really good and mixes perfectly, no bits and I don’t even have the mesh ball in my shaker. I’ve the chocolate flavour and it reminds me of the milkshakes at McDonalds.
The Morning Fury tastes nice as well, it’s a coconut flavour but personally I prefer just syrup and porridge. I’m finding it hard to eat a lot in the mornings. My second meal isn’t so bad and lunch is welcomed but my fourth meal and dinner are hard to stuff down. I had to take a boxing class tonight (I teach every Monday night) and just didn’t want to eat when I got home. I managed to stuff down a pizza though and had minced pies and whipped cream for desert.

Although I’m on a dirty bulk I’m trying to cut junk like takeaways down to once a week. Friday night is calling for a McDonalds or maybe even Nando’s if my wallet agrees. So far I’m enjoying the bulk but I hope the force feeding stage shifts soon. Usually my appetite gets a lot bigger on my third week of bulking. At the moment it’s minimal.
I remember the first time I ever bulked I put 5 table spoons of olive oil into my protein shake each time I had it. Sounds extreme but it made the shake even more creamier and I’m pretty sure it helped.
I find setting alarms on my phone helps to remind me I need to eat, I can hear one going now so it must be that time again. Wish me luck.
